The 5th World Intelligence Congress （WIC） is to be held from May 20 to May 23， 2021 at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center under the theme “New Era of Intelligence： Empowering New Development， Fostering New Pattern”，featuring a series of exhibitions， contests and intelligent experiences。 Both on line and off line， the Congress is expected to be a platform for latest information and achievements sharing as well as a variety of eye-catching events such as exhibitions and contests， etc。

Innovative Forms of Exhibitions
The World Intelligent Technology Exhibition will adopt online-plus-offline mode， with the off-line exhibition and experience areas at Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center。 Covering an exhibition area of 48，000 square meters and hosting more than 220 exhibitors （both companies and institutions）， there will be six exhibition areas and three intelligent experience areas to showcase solutions and technologies about research & application， smart manufacturing， smart city and transport， and smart life。 Visitors can also witness frontier technologies and praise-worthy national achievements such as the Tianhe Supercomputer and China’s next-generation carrier rocket。

New Scenarios Based on Intelligent Experience
Intelligent experiences of this year‘s WIC is highlighted by experiencing the international consumption hub city， latest 5G+achievements， and other amazing intelligent experiences。 There will be a smart consumption experience area， as well as study tours about the smartness of Tianjin Port and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City。 For the first time， a maze solver robot project will make its debut at WIC。

WIC as a New Engine for Growth
（1） Tianjin will sign strategic cooperation agreements with old and new partners such as China Electronic Technology Group， China Telecom， Lenovo Group， China Association for Science and Technology， and China Media Group。
（2） The WIC will carry on its innovative efforts in bilateral talks between government and businesses， and among businesses。
（3） For the first time， The WIC will witness the 2021 Round Table Conference of China·Tianjin’s International Sister Cities。 A series of MOUs for friendly exchanges will be signed。
